Aluminum Alloys is a 150,000 sq. ft. one-stop foundry for assembly-ready sand castings that has been in business for over 60 years. Three automated molding lines, two rotolifts and the capabilities to mold in both green and no-bake sand provides our customers with an excellent array of options for simple or complex castings up to 2000 lbs., for any volume. An on-site machine shop which works exclusively on internally molded castings boasts over 200 years of collective manual and CNC machining experience to build on the 400+ years of industry experience in our foundry. From the pattern shop where your tooling is regularly maintained to increase its lifespan to the finishing department where we maintain our renowned standard surface finish, we take extra care to ensure castings that leave our facility meet or exceed your expectations.
Aluminum Alloys currently pours A356, 319, 355, 535 (almag) and 713 (tenzaloy) alloys and can work with your engineering and/or procurement team to ensure your design comes to life in the most effective way possible regarding a balance between quality, cost, and lead times. Several other services including, but not limited to, heat treatment, radiography, anodizing, and painting can also be a part of your turnkey product being shipped directly to your facility through various local, long-time trusted sources in combination with in-house capabilities.
